Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are limited to 3-6 clients per coach. Every workout is professionally programmed, coached in real time, and scaled to your fitness level. You’ll follow a structured training plan designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and support long-term health, while training alongside others who are working just as hard as you are.
