You were told to shrink.
We’d rather you
GOT STRONG.

Strength training and small-group coaching built for women moving through perimenopause and menopause — right here in Collin County.

THIS IS WHAT 55 LOOKS LIKE when you train for it, not against it.

Your body changed the rules.
Most gyms NEVER NOTICED.

Muscle quietly disappears after 40 — and with it, the ease you used to take for granted.

Weight settles differently now, and the old “eat less, do more” advice has stopped working.

You deserve a plan built for what’s actually happening in your body — not a shrug.

“Finally a place that understood what perimenopause was doing to me — and built a plan around it instead of ignoring it.”

Before becoming a personal trainer I worked in corporate America while raising a family.

I truly understand how demanding schedules, high stress, and family responsibilities can make health and fitness feel like just another thing on the to do list. That real life experience is what shaped my training style. I work with all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to those getting back into exercise after time away. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, or stay active and pain free, I’m here to help in a way that fits your life. My approach focuses on proper form, functional strength, balance, and steady, sustainable progress. I help clients feel stronger, more confident and capable both in and out of the gym. As a trainer, I bring patience, positive energy, and personalized attention to every session, meeting you where you are and helping you move forward safely and at your own pace.
