Mandy has been a full-time fitness instructor, personal trainer, nutritionist, and studio manager for 25 years. She started teaching Pilates in 2008, and after giving birth to her 4th daughter in 2009, she realized the overall strength and muscle control she gained through Pilates and fell in love. Mandy enjoys paddleboarding and hiking and is wildly crazy about her husband, 4 daughters, baby boy, and bulldog. She lives by the philosophy that we are all here to help each other, and that’s the fulfillment she gets every day through fitness.

Natalie fell in love with yoga over the last several years and felt inspired to share the practice with others. Yoga has had a deeply positive impact on her life, and she believes it’s best shared through community. Her classes are fun, encouraging, and approachable, inviting students to move, breathe, laugh, and explore challenges without taking things too seriously. She creates a welcoming space where your body feels like home, blending community, encouragement, silliness, and the occasional sarcastic comment, because yoga should feel good, supportive, and never intimidating. Off the mat, she enjoys trail walking, movement, and superhero (or anti-hero) movies.

Before becoming a personal trainer, Lisa worked in corporate America while raising a family. This firsthand experience gave her a deep understanding of how demanding schedules, high stress, and family responsibilities can make health and fitness feel like just another item on a long to-do list. That real-life perspective is what shaped her training style.
Lisa works with all ages and fitness levels, from true beginners to individuals returning to exercise after time away. Whether the goal is to build strength, improve mobility, or stay active and pain-free, she helps clients in a way that fits their lives. Her approach emphasizes proper form, functional strength, balance, and steady, sustainable progress.
She helps clients feel stronger, more confident, and more capable both in and out of the gym. As a trainer, Lisa brings patience, positive energy, and personalized attention to every session—meeting clients where they are and guiding them forward safely and at their own pace.

Raj found yoga and meditation at a young age upon advice of her mother to help with anxiety growing up. A lifelong student, Raj has been practicing hot yoga for 15 years and teaching full time for 10 years. She graduated from the Raja Yoga Academy in Spring 2017 and is an E-RYT 500 through Yoga Alliance. She holds certifications in the 26+2, Yin, Vinyasa and other fitness modalities. Currently, she is pursuing certification to become a yoga therapist and excited to take this deep dive into her yoga studies.
Prior to teaching yoga, she was a professional music educator in the Dallas/Ft. Worth and Austin areas for over 10 years teaching percussion. In her free time she enjoys anything involved with music, reading and finding the best food in town!
